BOARDING & GROOMING

Our professional groomer, Audrey, provides on site grooming services for both boarding pets and those that just need to be freshened up.

If you are scheduled for a morning pick up (between 9 & 11 am) you will be given a call a half hour prior to your pet being ready to go.  We cannot guarantee that all pets scheduled for that morning will be done by 11 am, but you will not incur any additional charges should that be the case. If you require your pet to be done by a specific time please let us know and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your schedule.  Pets scheduled for an afternoon pick up (between 4 & 6pm) are typically done later in the afternoon and are ready by 4 pm.  If for some reason she is running behind you will be notified ahead of time.

Grooming/Bathing is an additional charge for those pets boarding with us.  Charges are determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of the groomer.

All "Bath and Basics" include ear cleaning, nail trimming, and anal gland expression (upon request), in addition to a thorough washing/conditioning, drying and blow out, and a full brushing.

Full grooms are discussed directly with the groomer, and if she is unavailable we ask that you please leave written instructions with the office staff to ensure you get the proper cut/trim for your pet.

For anyone looking for just grooming please note that all pets are required to show the same proof of vaccination that those boarding with us do.  This is to ensure the health and safety of all pets that may come up to the groom room.
